7. Quality and Warranty
REPTO does not sell second-hand products, defective or inferior in quality to the standards existing in the market. The main characteristics of each product are shown in in each product page. All products have an ID tag. Do not remove the purchased product label if you want to return the purchased product.

8. Shipping & Delivery
8.1 Delivery: Where and when
We deliver the second product to Friday from 9h to 18h. We make no submissions on certain holidays. We can only fulfill delivery of an order if the delivery address is a home or an office located in one of the countries mentioned in the list of available countries.
